Our commitment

Cybercontrols wants everyone who visits cybercontrols.io to be able to read it, navigate it and act on it, whatever technology they use and whatever their abilities. We are a private company, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not formally apply to us, but as an approved Government Commercial Agency supplier we choose to hold ourselves to the same benchmark: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do to support accessibility

Conformance status

The site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. "Partially conforms" means most content meets the standard, but some does not yet. We are in the middle of a full redesign of cybercontrols.io, and the refreshed pages are built to the standard from the outset; the honest position is that some older pages, built on a previous platform, still fall short.

Known limitations

Each of these is being addressed as the site refresh replaces the legacy pages.

Feedback and contact

If you find a page you cannot use, or you need any content from this site in a different format, tell us at hello@cybercontrols.io. We aim to respond within five working days, and accessibility reports go to the top of the fix list, not the bottom.

If you contact us about accessibility and are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which offers advice on the Equality Act 2010.

Review

This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least annually.
